Shipments and returns

Local Delivery or Pickup

Customers who are located in South Florida have the choice to pick up their orders from the warehouse at no extra charge.  We also offer free local delivery (within 50 miles of warehouse) for orders above $1000. 

Pack Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fedex Ground with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Pallet Shipments

Large orders can be shipped by Freight.  Shipping cost will be determined by weight and location.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. You may return all unused items within 3 days of the actual delivery date (the date you receive the item) for a 100% refund (less shipping costs). Due to certain liabilities and legal regulations, used items will not be returned or exchanged. We will replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within the limitations of the 3 days time period.
